Promotion - 10,000 Reasons to use Laser Horsham

Update Notice (October 2025):
The Grand Prize Draw date for the $10,000 Giveaway has been rescheduled from Friday 6 December 2025 to Thursday 18 December 2025 to allow additional time for finalist verification and logistics.
All other Terms and Conditions remain unchanged.

For the purpose of these terms and conditions, Laser Plumbing Horsham, Laser Electrical Horsham, Laser Heating and Cooling Horsham Aka, ‘Laser Horsham’ will be referred to as “The Promoter”. 

Entry is open to residents, business owners or property owners, of Horsham Rural City, Ararat Rural City, Northern Grampians, West Wimmera, Hindmarsh or Yarriambiack municipalities. Entrants must be living in place of residence when entering promotion (proof of residence to be shown with date). Employees and relatives of Laser Plumbing Horsham, Laser Electrical Horsham and Laser Heating and Cooling Horsham are ineligible to enter. This includes, parents, siblings, grandparents, spouses or partners, uncles, aunts, nieces and nephews of employees. 

The entry will be in the name of the person named on the job invoice, not the person who booked the job. 

These terms and conditions will be available from the reception desk at Laser Plumbing and Electrical Horsham, 89 Plumpton Rd, Horsham, VIC, 3400 and are available on the Laser Horsham website, www.horsham.laserelectrical.com.au

Competition starts - Saturday, March 1, 2025 at 9am

March - open March 1, 2025 and close March 31, 2025. 

April - open April 1, 2025 and close April 30, 2025 

May - open May 1, 2025 and close May 31, 2025 

June - open June 1, 2025, and close June 30, 2025 

July - open July 1, 2025 and close July 31, 2025 

August - open August 1, 2025 and close August 31, 2025 

September - open September 1 and close September 30, 2025 

October - open October 1, 2025 and close October 31, 2025

Grand Draw - Friday, December 18, between 12pm and 3pm

Entrants meeting the eligibility conditions (see ‘General Conditions’, above) engage Laser Plumbing and Electrical Horsham or Laser Heating and Cooling Horsham to complete a job valued at $350 (excluding GST) or more. Each entrant will be entered into the competition by The Promoter once their job is completed and invoice paid, per the terms stated on the invoice. ‘Invoice’ refers to the final invoice for works provided by The Promoter. Progressive invoices are not eligible for entry. If the final invoice is not paid, then the entry is forfeit. 

Eligible entrants may enter the ‘10,000 reasons’ Giveaway multiple times, each individual entry must meet the terms and conditions. One (1) invoice paid within The Promotor’s terms of payment (as stated on the job invoice) is equal to one entry. 

Each monthly finalist will be randomly selected by The Promoter from entries that meet the competition criteria

If the winner is an organisation or community group that is not allowed to accept cash, they may select a registered charity group or groups to which the Prize may be redirected. 

The winner must show photo identification in the form of any of the below to receive their prize. 

• Drivers License
• Proof of age card
• Current Passport
• Defense Force Identification Card  

The Promoter and their affiliates shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize/s except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. 

The Promoter’s decision is final and the Promoter and their affiliates will not enter into correspondence regarding the competition result. 

All entrants give The Promoter and ACE Radio Horsham permission to advertise that they have been selected as a monthly finalist, and-or they have been selected as the winner of the major prize, along with the details of the prize they have won – including costs. 

The winner’s name will be posted on the social media profiles of The Promoter and in The Weekly Advertiser newspaper and other media after the winner has been selected.

The Grand Draw will take place at Laser Horsham, 89 Plumpton Rd, Horsham, Vic, 3400 on Friday, December 18, 2025, between 12pm and 3pm. The Prize will be awarded to a randomly selected winner from the eight finalists, who have been entered into the draw by The Promoter. The winner will be announced during a live broadcast by ACE Radio, between 12pm and 3pm. 

Each finalist or their proxy will select a key, in calendar order of the month they became a finalist, from March through to October. Once all finalists have their keys, they can use their key to try to open a box (one finalist at a time, keys will be numbered one (1) to eight (8), which will determine the order people can attempt to open the box). The person with the key that opens the box will be the winner of the ‘10,00 Reasons to use Laser Horsham’ giveaway. There will only be one winner of this competition.
